Design Thinking how an iterative process for innovation of products and services
Design Thinking focuses on development of aesthetic and functional solutions for creating new experiences, value, and meaningful to consumers. Its origin is associated with consultancy IDEO, the American company that develops innovations based on the thought of the designer to generate new business. Thus, the article discusses the DT as a process that explores innovative possibilities, from technical and creative tools that provide brand differentiation and speed of launching new products and services to market, since the whole process is conducted directly involving consumers, testing and validating each stage of development.
