The great importance of the Information Systems in the World of Business is notorious for the necessity to be flexible and quickly to take decisions. Now, the publication and use of ISO 14000 standards to the environmental management business, will have a direct impact in the market capacity for the necessity to work process, products and services environmentally correct. The aim of this article is to show how the information systems can help in the managerial innovation process, continuous improvement programs and ISO 14000 standard certification as well as the organizational change and to determine a competitive strategy.
